We’ve balanced the “graft” of wilderness living with the “reset” of the woods. \nLearn from the Experts: We are joined by Steve and Daisy. Steve brings years of experience teaching survival to the military\, delivering practical\, proven techniques. Daisy leads the restorative side\, using her expertise in sound therapy to help you switch off deeply under the canopy. \n  \nThe Weekend Plan \nShelter: Build your own natural or man-made shelter to survive the weekend. We’re on hand to help\, and you are always welcome to bring your own tent or hammock. \nFire & Tool Craft: Move beyond the basics. Master creative fire-lighting and professional firewood processing. \nCamp Security: A unique session led by Steve on securing a site\, primitive tripwires\, and the art of silent movement. \nWild Provisions: A guided foraging walk to identify wild foods and the ancient skill of cambium harvesting. \nRestorative Sound: Two deep-immersion sound bath sessions held in the heart of the woods. \nField-to-Fire Dining \nWe believe survival training should be fueled by the best local produce.
