This weekend is designed to help you disconnect from the noise and rediscover your edge through a unique blend of high-level survival skills and restorative sound therapy. \n  \nThe Experience \nThis isn’t a rushed workshop; it’s a full 48-hour immersion. We’ve balanced the “graft” of wilderness living with the “reset” of the woods. \nLearn from the Experts: We are joined by Steve and Daisy. Steve brings years of experience teaching survival to the military\, delivering practical\, proven techniques. Daisy leads the restorative side\, using her expertise in sound therapy to help you switch off deeply under the canopy. \n  \nThe Weekend Plan \nShelter: Build your own natural or man-made shelter to survive the weekend. We’re on hand to help\, and you are always welcome to bring your own tent or hammock. \nFire & Tool Craft: Move beyond the basics. Master creative fire-lighting and professional firewood processing. \nCamp Security: A unique session led by Steve on securing a site\, primitive tripwires\, and the art of silent movement. \nWild Provisions: A guided foraging walk to identify wild foods and the ancient skill of cambium harvesting. \nRestorative Sound: Two deep-immersion sound bath sessions held in the heart of the woods. \nField-to-Fire Dining \nWe believe survival training should be fueled by the best local produce. Our on-site chef prepares every meal over an open fire. \nThe Meat: All locally sourced from the award-winning Metcalf’s of Llanrwst. \nThe Veg: 100% organic\, sourced from our local health food shop. \nFully Catered: From Friday’s fire-cooked curry to Sunday’s local sausage sandwiches\, all meals\, snacks\, and hot drinks are included. \n  \nThe Details \nWhen: Friday 1:30pm – Sunday 2:00pm \nWhere: Llanfair Talhaiarn\, North Wales (Exact location provided upon booking). \nCost: £250 per person (All-inclusive). \nGroup Size: Strictly limited to 12 places to ensure personal instruction. \nImportant: To ensure safety around tools and fires\, this is a dry weekend.
