Sound healing and relaxation with Christine from ZenDen Christine brings a deep understanding of relaxation, mindfulness, and the power of sound to help you fully switch off. Using Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments, she creates a space where stress melts away and your mind and body can reset. Whether you’re new to sound healing or already a fan, her sessions offer a chance to let go, ground yourself, and reconnect in a way only nature and sound can provide. Off-Grid Cottage Stay and Caru Coed Team Support You’ll be staying in a simple, off-grid cottage, fully immersed in nature but with the comforts of shelter. The Caru Coed team will be there throughout, offering support, guidance, and plenty of good company around the fire. Fire-Cooked Feasts Every meal will be cooked over the fire, adding to the experience of truly living in the wild. Expect hearty, delicious food shared under the open sky.
